President Trump can go full Andrew Jackson and ignore interferences from activist Judges as they have no Constitutional authority to ban an Executive Branch appointee from accessing anything in an Executive Branch Agency.
The President is the Head of the Executive Branch.
The Judge(s) has no power over that plenary Constitutional Authority…. Defy orders, Impeach the Judge(s)!
Until the rubber meets the road and some of these judges get more than a finger pointing in their face, they will not stop trying to intervene and stop POTUS Trump. Just the way it is. Sad to say the least…..!
Some people have suggested that Trump will use recess appointments to get around Senate approval.
But there is also another way to do it.
Trump can use the Federal Vacancies Reform Act which was passed in 1998. He used this for some appointments in his first term and can certainly do so again in his second.
Trump should not have to do this in order to get his team in place, but if the Senate decides to play games he should go right around them. Democrats and the media will attack him for doing so, but they would do that anyway. The country wants the new Trump administration up and running ASAP. 1)-Please ask Kash Patel his reasoning behind his appointment of Steven Jensen as head of the FBI WASH, DC office, since Jensen was a rabid persecuter of J6rs and twice daily notified all FBI offices to hunt them down and he didn’t give a ____ if they were innocent or not. Please let us know what his excuse is.
2)-Why are people like Maxine waters-who openly threatens the President’s life, and Jamie Raskin and Adam Shiff-who are threatening a coup d’ etat not being arrested? It’s not like you have to find out who’s doing this. It’s in your face! Please let us know the answer to these 2 questions. Blondi needs to get off Fox News and get this done!
The context Mike provides on both district and appellate court appointments is crucial going way beyond the superficial 234-235 appointment numbers the legacy leftist reports would provide. There are still too many obama/bribem federal judges who believe that their black robes provides the ability to overrule elected officials on the flimsiest and capricious basis.
Since there are only obama/bribem or perhaps clinton judges, on the 1st circuit covering most of New England, the supremes better get ready to swat down specious judicial bilge flowing from the east coast counterparts to the 9th circus edicts flowing from the west coast appellate jurisdiction. This non lawyer would love to hear an estimate for this Rhode Island case to get a fair hearing in a fair court. Any estimates?
